In order to deliver healthcare treatment, we will need to collect and process personal data. Please keep us up to date with any changes to this data.

It is a legal requirement that this data is stored for a number of years (which can vary depending upon the persons age and circumstances but will be for a minimum of 7 years).

 

This data is stored on cloud based clinical software and will only be accessed by the podiatrist conducting your appointment or admin staff dealing with any other administrative processes

 

You can access all of your personal data that this organisation stores, by request. You can write to us on the e mail below to request or seek further information.

 

We ask for permission to use your data to send to another healthcare practitioner, this will only be done with your consent. Permission from someone with parental responsibility is required for all patients under the age of 16.

 

Any other use of your personal data will only occur with your informed consent. Your information will not be sold or passed to any third parties for marketing.

 

In the event of a clinical emergency, your details will be passed on to emergency medical staff to aid your treatment in their hands.
